No. SmartPrint is a universal app. Download and install it, create an account or log in, then explicitly click Connect this computer. A download contains no vendor account or pairing code.
No. The Windows app is for the shop. Customers open your shop’s QR or customer link in their phone browser to upload, choose options, pay and track their order.
Customers can upload PDF, JPG and PNG files, up to 25 MB each and 10 files per upload. The app detects printers installed in Windows. Available paper, color and duplex options depend on the driver. Test your actual printer before using it for orders.
Configure your own eligible Razorpay or Cashfree merchant account in the app. Customer checkout uses that account, and the backend verifies payment before creating print jobs. Merchant onboarding, credentials and provider settings are required.
Paid jobs remain in the cloud queue while the desktop is offline. If a job was interrupted after possible submission, it is held for review rather than silently printed again. Check the Windows spooler and physical output before resolving it.
Your account must be approved by the administrator, your plan must be eligible, and your shop must have configured print services and an active payment gateway. Complete a real checkout and printer test before accepting live work.
No. Unpaid uploads normally expire after 24 hours. Shops configure retention after confirmed printing and a recovery window for unfinished jobs. The policy is displayed before upload. Backup copies and Windows/printer processing are managed separately; see the privacy policy.
The shop application is built for 64-bit Windows. Customers can use a phone or desktop browser through the shop QR or link. The Windows app needs internet access to use the cloud workspace.
